RIVAAN is a Pakistani women’s fashion house offering embroidered luxury, pret, unstitched lawn, daily essentials, kids’ and fragrance collections. Our store is operated from Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, and sells through cash-on-delivery (COD) and WhatsApp ordering.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Name, phone number, delivery address and city, and any order notes you provide at checkout
  • Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter
  • Message content and contact details you share with us on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or phone

Information collected automatically:

  • Your cart contents while browsing, stored locally in your browser so your selections are not lost

  • To process your order: confirm it with you on WhatsApp, arrange delivery, and keep your order history

RIVAAN operates on cash-on-delivery. We do not collect, process or store any card or bank payment details on our website. Payment is settled in cash with our delivery partner at your doorstep. Any payment-related information is handled entirely outside our systems.

We only share your data where necessary to fulfil your order or comply with the law:

  • Delivery partners: your name, phone number and delivery address are shared with the courier/ logistics company that delivers your order
  • Service providers: website hosting and technical support providers that help us run the store
  • Legal authorities: where required by law, court order or regulatory obligation

All third parties are required to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purpose we share it for.

7. Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain order history and comply with tax and legal obligations. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your personal data at any time, subject to legal requirements.
