These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RIVAAN website (rivaan.pk) and your purchases from our house. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About RIVAAN

RIVAAN is a Pakistani women’s fashion house offering embroidered luxury, pret, unstitched lawn, daily essentials, kids’ and fragrance collections. We are based in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, and sell through cash-on-delivery (COD) and WhatsApp ordering.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where pricing, stock or product information contains an error.
  • An order is only final once we have confirmed it on WhatsApp; until then it may be cancelled by either party.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (₨) and include applicable taxes.
  • We operate on Cash on Delivery. We do not collect or store any card or bank payment details on our website.
  • While we take care to list prices accurately, in the rare event of a pricing error we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
  • Promotions, sale prices and discount codes are subject to their stated validity periods and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.
  • Unstitched fabric lengths and embellishments may vary slightly between pieces — each garment is crafted individually.
  • Fabric care instructions accompany your order; please follow them to preserve the quality of your pieces.

5. Delivery & Returns

  • Delivery timelines, charges and our exchange/return policy are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including designs, embroidery patterns, logos, text, images and product photography — is the property of RIVAAN and is protected under Pakistani and international copyright law.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content or designs without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to scrape or overload the site.
  • We may cancel orders and restrict access where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIVAAN’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid (or payable) for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or opportunity.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Pakistani law.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to the processing of your data as described there, including sharing your delivery details with our courier partners.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising from your use of the site or your orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
  • We also comply with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA) and applicable consumer protection regulations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
